A very good value for money stay in Busan

The location was pretty strategic and it was close to all the public transport. The rooms were also spacious and heated for the winter, which was very nice. The beds were COMFY!

Nothing, couldn't fault it. They even gave free breakfast of eggs and toast.

The guesthouse has a great view of Busan City. We have free breakfast. Can freely socialize with other guests at the lobby as well. I was happy to meet different nationalities.

I think the bed sheets and pillow case could be cleaned better or at least put some fabric spray to make it smell nicer.

Great location and outlook from 36th floor! Our room was huge and comfortable, walk in robe was massive! Simple breakfast, well worth the money.

Wonderful

The location was great, near subway so travelling around busan was very easy. The view is amazing! It was clean and with the kitchen/living room area it felt more like visiting friends than a guesthouse. Easy communication with the host. Allowed me to store my luggage.

Sometimes the toilet smelled a little bit.

Had all the basic requirements and novelty of being on the penthouse floor

A great location and novelty being on the penthouse floor. The free breakfast was a nice bonus

No dryer so clothes had to air dry. If you got up later, you missed out on eggs at breakfast. No hand towels in the bathrooms too and lights off at midnight in the common areas.

Great stay, but not as close to train station

The view is amazing! The location is good near subway and many buses stoping by close! Plus it's such a nice place and building. The host is great and every problem was solved promptly.

Entering the building can be tricky,it took me a minute to figure out how the key code entrance to the building worked. Also it depends who you stay with, one girl turned the lights off around 9pm, so it was hard to see at night haha but i did turn on the closetlight to see.

Convenient stay with nice view

Very nice views as you are on the 36th floor! Very convenient for staying in Busan with local buses and Metro nearby.

It took me a while to realise that the guesthouse was on the 36th floor and how to open the door, but this might just be me!

New towels were given every day, was very clean, our rooms were clean every day, breakfast was simple, but we were able to have unlimited eggs in the morning. enjoyed our stay and the view was great!

Good value in a great location

Great location, right by a subway station. The instructions from the host couldn't have been clearer and it was really easy checking in. The room was decent and quiet at night, so I slept well.

I was staying in the adjacent apartment and there was a bit of a weird (mouldy?) smell at times. Nothing too bad, just it seemed a bit off.

Good value. It was clean, with a nice bathroom and enough space. The bunk was big compared to other hostels I've used, and has a curtain and plenty of shelf space. The host spoke perfect English and explained all the facilities.
