Housed in a skyscraper overlooking the city, Dynamic Guesthouse is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from Exit 7 of Beomnaegol Subway Station (Busan Line 1) and a 10-minute walk from Exit 7 of Seomyeon Subway Station (Busan Line 1 and 2). Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.

The guesthouse is about a 15-minute drive to Busan City Hall and Busan Train Station. Gwanganri Beach is accessible with a 20-minute drive, while Gimhae International Airport and the popular Haeundae Beach are within a 28-minute drive away.

Featuring modern décor, comfortable rooms are fitted with air conditioning, heating facility, a wardrobe and seating area. Rooms come with either a shared or private bathroom with shower facilities.

A very good value for money stay in Busan
The location was pretty strategic and it was close to all the public transport. The rooms were also spacious and heated for the winter, which was very nice. The beds were COMFY!
Nothing, couldn't fault it. They even gave free breakfast of eggs and toast.

Exceptional
The guesthouse has a great view of Busan City. We have free breakfast. Can freely socialize with other guests at the lobby as well. I was happy to meet different nationalities.
I think the bed sheets and pillow case could be cleaned better or at least put some fabric spray to make it smell nicer.

Great location and outlook from 36th floor! Our room was huge and comfortable, walk in robe was massive! Simple breakfast, well worth the money.

You will not find hotel comfort here . Dynamic Guesthouse is more than a hotel. It’s like you visited a a place of a friend you longing to meet again for a very longtime. It’s a HOME experience. Dynamic Guesthouse is my HONE in Busan. I was really attached to the place the very first time. ️️️????????
